4 “He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 5 But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him. 6 He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked.” (I John 2:4-6 NKJV)
⁃ If you say you believe in Daddy God and my Bro Jesus but are still in the world and behaving in your old ways and nothing about you has changed then it is just religion. Our lives should reflect that of Jesus. When we form a relationship with Daddy God and Jesus our hearts and minds get transformed and renewed by The Word (Bible). The things of this world no longer are appealing and we become a new creation in Christ. We no longer want to live how we used to when we were in the world and our flesh. The Word teaches us how to walk in the Spirit and be better people for ourselves and others.
