10 ”Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.” (Ephesians 6:10-12 NKJV)
⁃ In these times we need to remember we do not fight against each other but the spirits, principalities, demons, etc operating behind the people. People will purposely try to do anything to get a reaction out of you and get you out of character. But do not fall into the trap. Control how you respond to things sent to destroy your peace and joy. Control your attitude. Remove yourself from the situation, person or environment gracefully. Meaning don’t bother clapping back, being petty or anything of that nature. Forgive them, pray for them and then let it go. We just need to be still in certain situations and let Daddy God fight the battles. Also these are crazy times so make sure you always have your armor on.
• ”Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm. Stand your ground, putting on the belt of truth and the body armor of God’s righteousness. For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared. In addition to all of these, hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil. Put on salvation as your helmet, and take the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere.“ (Ephesians 6:13-18 NLT)
