1 “To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven: 2 A time to be born, And a time to die; A time to plant, And a time to pluck what is planted; 3 A time to kill, And a time to heal; A time to break down, And a time to build up; 4 A time to weep, And a time to laugh; A time to mourn, And a time to dance; 5 A time to cast away stones, And a time to gather stones; A time to embrace, And a time to refrain from embracing; 6 A time to gain, And a time to lose; A time to keep, And a time to throw away; 7 A time to tear, And a time to sew; A time to keep silence, And a time to speak; 8 A time to love, And a time to hate; A time of war, And a time of peace.” (Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 NKJV)
In these times it is important to move with strategy instead of with quickness. Don’t be in a rush to get nowhere fast. Try to find the joy in the season and process you are in because it all serves a purpose that will later be revealed to you. This is why we need to be mindful of how we are spending our time and who we are giving our time to in this season. We need to be immersed in the presence of Daddy God and in our Word now more than ever. We need to be able to listen to the heeding and instructions of the Holy Spirit. We need to let Jesus do the work in and through us. It’s always His will versus ours. Daddy God is doing new things for us and through us for His glory and not just for our benefit but the benefit of others. Therefore, stay in obedience and don’t move ahead of Daddy God. You do your part and He will do His. Everything has its time.
