- Don’t be in a rush to get nowhere fast. Sometimes you need to slow down in order to get to your destination how God intended. When we try to rush things we are trying to play God’s role. God doesn’t need our help to be God or do what He has promised. He sees the whole picture while we can only see what happens in the moment. Before we were in our mother’s womb He knew us and He knows the plans for our future that will prosper us.
- “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.” (Jeremiah 1:5 NKJV)
- For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. (Jeremiah 29:11 NKJV)
- Usually, before you can receive you will get tested for growth.. to make sure your heart is in the right place and for character development. However, most times you will get tested to see the genuineness of your relationship with God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. Do you want God for Him? Are you actually grateful for what Jesus did on the cross for us? Or are you just after the “blessings”?
