The promised land is a place everyone should be trying to get into. It is beautiful and we will not be lacking anything there. This is the land that God promised to our ancestors. I know for a fact nobody in my family has entered the promised land they live for their will and not God’s will. The only way to get into the promised land is to accept Christ and obey God just as Joshua’s men obeyed him. “So they answered Joshua, saying, “All that you command us we will do, and wherever you send us we will go.” (Joshua 1:16 NKJV)
I know fear and doubts may come on your way there but relax it is all a test. I was guilty of doing this; stressing out because I didn’t want to mess anything up. But God comforts me and says; “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:9 NKJV) Jesus tests our thoughts, faith, words, etc because this new level requires new power. If we can’t handle the pressure before the promised land… why would God move us into the promised land?
