1 “Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children.” 2 “And walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.” (Ephesians 5:1-2 ESV)
When people look at a child of God we should reflect Jesus. Everything we do should be something that will glorify the Lord. God is our father and we are His children. If anything He is the perfect role model. We need to love and build each other up. You cannot spread hate and claim you are with Christ. God is love. Jesus is the ultimate example of Love. He gave up His life for us and He did not have to. Yet, because He loves us He did it. An innocent man was sacrificed so that we can live. If that doesn’t show you what love is then I don’t know.
