“And he seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years, and threw him into the pit, and shut it and sealed it over him, so that he might not deceive the nations any longer, until the thousand years were ended. After that he must be released for a little while.” (Revelation 20:2-3 ESV)
Satan knows his time is up that is why we have to “Be sober-minded; and watchful. Because our adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.” (1 Peter 5:8) This is why you are seeing so much chaos around the world. All these things are not just “happening”. The enemy is trying to do everything in its power to deceive the people. He is using major celebrities and people to influence others especially kids to worship him (Satan). The enemies only mission is to turn people away from Jesus. He knows once people turn away from Jesus their souls will be in eternal damnation (suffering).
Satan is about to be destroyed and thrown into a pit for a thousand years where he will no longer cause destruction and he definitely doesn’t want that. He will not be able to mislead anyone anymore because Jesus is coming soon and is about to take back His rightful place. The enemy is deceiving so many people right now and people chose to turn a blind eye. After the thousand years yes He will be released again to deceive some more but later on he will be destroyed forever. “and the devil who had deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur where the beast and the false prophet were, and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.” (Revelation 20:10 ESV)
Therefore, choose wisely which master you will serve right now because your soul is in jeopardy. Don’t let the worldly things fool you (money, fame, clothes, etc). Your soul is something you can’t buy or replace. Jesus just wants the best for His children and what’s best for us is Him. He will never lead us astray or into sin. Get up and recognize your power in Him. Don’t you want to be part of the first resurrection and reign with Jesus for a thousand years? You definitely do not want the second death because that is being thrown into the lake of fire (hell) if you do not repent and turn away from your sins. Do you really want to live in torture, torment and suffering forever because that is what hell is. Don’t you already have enough of that now in the world? Turn away from evil and repent for your sins.
“Blessed and holy is the one who shares in the first resurrection! Over such the second death has no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and they will reign with him for a thousand years.” (Revelation 20:6 ESV)
