He Is The Strength To Our Weaknesses.

“But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.” (‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭40:31‬ ‭NKJV‬‬)

Today let’s be honest with ourselves. I’m not going to sit here and write all the time like I am a perfect human being without any flaws. In fact, there are days when I feel like God is mad at me, disappointed or even worse loves me less, because of my flaws. I beat myself up because I’m not where I should be and at times I let the distractions of the world delay me from my purpose. Sometimes I give attention to what I shouldn’t. Even though “anger does not produce the righteousness of God (James 1:20), I sometimes get angry easily. “Life and death are in the power of the tongue” (Proverbs 18:21), Yet at times I tend to say things I don’t mean. I have these battles I’m still learning to master because I’ve been doing the complete opposite for most of my life.

However, God reminded me that He still loves me, He is proud of me and I am forgiven. That it doesn’t matter where I’m at right now and how much time I have lost. When the time is right He will restore to me “the years that the swarming locust has eaten, The crawling locust, The consuming locust, And the chewing locust…” (‭‭Joel‬ ‭2:25‬ ‭NKJV‬‬) That I have to trust Him, be still and let Him be God. He is preparing me and what the enemy wants me to believe is false and just a distraction. Even though I’ve been waiting for a long time, I should not get discouraged. Deliverance is coming. Healing is coming. His promises still stand, even when I feel like they don’t. “But his answer was: “My grace is all you need, for my power is greatest when you are weak…” (‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭12:9‬ ‭GNT‬‬)

Furthermore, I just wanted to share this with anyone that may be going through something similar. We sometimes tend to think of ourselves less than what God does. When in reality we are His masterpiece. God is still God and Jesus is still on the throne, no matter how we feel. God loves us beyond what we could ever comprehend. God is graceful, merciful and forgiving. I don’t know how long you’ve been waiting for, nor the battles you’ve had to face. I just know it might get worse before it gets better. Don’t let what you see physically distract you. Jesus loves you and God loves you. Also, don’t forget we are in some hard times and the world is only going to get worse. Jesus is coming sooner than we think and we have to be ready at any given moment. Stay prayed up and win the war.
