“I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.” (Galatians 2:20 NKJV)
⁃ When you come to Christ you have to die to your old self. Not physical death but in a sense of changing for the better. Change old habits, mindsets, behaviors, etc. You have to heal, grow, walk in your purpose, etc. We are transformed and made new in Christ.
⁃ Love others like my Daddy God and my Bro Jesus. Be forgiving, put away bitterness, judging, etc. Give out the same grace that was given to us. That doesn’t mean letting others take advantage of you.
⁃ Being a follower of Christ doesn’t mean we are perfect and that we never sin. However, you do have to take accountability, repent & change your ways. We have to crucify the flesh (not physically) and its desires on a daily. The flesh will always want to do what’s sinful versus when we walk in the Spirit (Obeying & listening to the HOLY SPIRIT).
⁃ “Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.”(Matthew 26:41 NKJV)
