“Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert. The beast of the field will honor Me, The jackals and the ostriches, Because I give waters in the wilderness And rivers in the desert, To give drink to My people, My chosen. This people I have formed for Myself; They shall declare My praise.” (Isaiah 43:18-21 NKJV)
Sometimes we want to hold on to people, places, and things that have already served its purpose in our lives or God never ordained for us. But I’m here to let you know it’s okay to let go. Do not be afraid to let go of what no longer serves. God is doing a new thing. He will replace those things with better and upgrade every area of your life… if you let Him. The enemy is trying to get us to go backwards by thinking of the past or things that do not matter. Forget what was, put aside what no longer serves and step into the unknown. Remember Jesus will never leave or forsake you. No risk, no reward.
