But you will not believe, for you are not my sheep. My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they shall never die. No one can snatch them away from me. What my father has given me is greater than everything, and no one can snatch them away from the Father’s care. The father and I are one. (John 10:26-30)
Our flesh might not be able to live for an eternity but our spirits remain forever. Our bodies will die for our sins no matter what because even if we get saved that’s how we will pay for our sins. Our spirit can live for an eternity but this can only occur if you give yourself completely to my God. Although, many will not believe our God reigns over the world and above every name. But those who do will gain something more than life. In exchange for our faith the Father sends the promise of the Holy Spirit to guide us.
If you love me, you will obey my commandments. I will ask the Father And he will give you another helper. Who will stay with you forever. He is the spirit, who reveals the truth about God. The world cannot see him or know him. But you know him, because he remains with you and is in you. (John 14:15-16) The Holy Spirit is within us at all times. You can only hear Him depending on how you see the world. If you’re a person who only does immoral things (lies, cheats, robs, kills, etc) then the devil is using you.
Don’t be bitter because you go through bad experiences in life, we all do. It’s how you view the situation you’re in. Instead, choose to be the person that sees the good in the bad. Trust me: Everything in life happens for a reason. You might not understand it in the moment but later on you will. Don’t define your potential by what others are doing. It’s not your time yet but your time will definitely come only if you’re patient enough to wait for it.
The Holy Spirit was sent to earth after Jesus died on the cross for us. Jesus could have been saved by our Father. But Christ chose to be crucified to make God’s will into a reality. If none of this would have occurred, my Father would not have sent the Holy Spirit and humanity as we know it would have already perished. “But I am telling you the truth: it is better for you that I go away, then I will send him to you. And when he comes, he will prove to the people of the world that they are wrong about sin and about what is right and about God’s judgment.” (John 16:8)
If you do not believe in our God because you are waiting for a miracle then you are going to be waiting forever. In order to receive God’s glory first you must believe without expecting anything in return from Him. “Why do people of this day ask for a miracle? No. I tell you! No such proof will be given to these people!” (Mark 8:12) The devil is always at work to un do what God does. Satan will try his hardest to keep you from your destiny. You have to be careful who you’re around and what you say and do. This is why the only way to be righteous is to believe in our Father and His son Jesus Christ.
“Or Suppose a woman who has ten silver coins and loses one of them – what does she do? She lights a lamp, sweeps her house, and looks carefully everywhere until she finds it. When she finds it, she calls her friends and neighbors together, and says to them, “I am so happy I found the coin I lost. Let us celebrate! In the same way, I tell you the angels of God rejoice over one sinner who repents.” (Luke 15:8-10) So, repent I tell you because that will make my Father proud. He is on His throne with Jesus by His side. You will be at peace and I’m not talking about that temporary high. This peace doesn’t let you stay down, since you never felt anything like that, you will want to do everything in your will to keep it.
