Ever been through so much that you just go numb and don’t even realize it. Pain does that to people. How can such a small word have such an incredible impact on humanity. Some may think you’re crazy because you isolate yourself to the point where Jesus becomes your best friend. A planet full of life yet you feel very much dead. Did you know the devil is not after anything that you have, he just wants your peace of mind. But tell him no, to just move along! It can’t have your peace because God gave it to you and what God gives can no man take away. No weapon formed against me shall prosper, I am a child of God. “No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment, You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, And their righteousness is from Me,” Says the Lord. (Isaiah 54:17 NKJV)
I realized the world can be full of temporary people and you have to do it with your own family. I’m not necessarily talking about our blood family but the family we create individually. The family we create on our own with Gods’ help which includes our partners, kids, friends, family, etc. First of all we can not even start to do anything without my Father, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. Without them we can fall into temptation. There are a thousand roads that lead to destruction but only one leads to our Father and His Kingdom. “But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.” (Matthew 7:14 NIV) The good thing is that we can always walk in our destiny if we just listen to his voice. My sheep Hear my voice, I Know them and they Listen to me. (John 10:27)
No you’re not crazy, you’re just in a game called life. We’re all in a maze and only one path leads to the right direction. Life is about living in the moment and not worrying for what is to come. For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline. ( 2 Timothy 1:7 NLT) Sometimes you get so caught up in your emotions and in your mind that you forget to live a little. Having feelings and showing your emotions does not make you weak. In fact you are pretty strong if you can get back up after a storm. Imagine walking outside your house after 3 days of a snow storm. The pain you feel about shoveling the snow and being in the cold is excruciating. Nevertheless, once you get started you realize you’re one step closer to getting it all done. Don’t suppress your emotions because sometimes it’s okay to cry, that means you’re still alive. Jesus Christ loves us unconditionally despite all of our flaws.
God knows what is in our hearts before we rediscover our own hearts. Crazy thing is that the whole world goes through this. Truth is we’re not indifferent from each other in some ways… every single person goes through pain. Pain is supposed to happen, it’s set up to either make you or break you. Now how you chose to deal with your pain and obstacles is up to you. Why sit there dwelling about things you can not change when you could be working to change what you can. We are so busy living in fear, but why wait? Why do we have to be scared when we already have the map to the Kingdom? The map is the Bible. When God first created a man and a woman in Genesis He created them naked and sin came unto the world from them. When they ate the fruit from the forbidden tree they realized their sin and felt ashamed. Afterwards they tried to cover themselves with fig leaves. “Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they realized they were naked; so they sewed fig leaves together and made coverings for themselves.” (Genesis 3:7) He created us naked because everything we need to survive we already possess it within ourselves.
God said he will give it to us but the fight won’t be easy. What we get depends on how hard we are willing to work for Him. Nevertheless, what we get also depends on how much patience we have. We have to have patience and forgive one another as many times God forgives us. Which means our forgiveness must be limitless. “Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, “Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother who sins against me? Up to seven times?” Jesus answered, “I tell you, not just seven times, but seventy-seven times!” (Matthew 18:21-22) It’s never about the body, it’s always about the spirit. It’s your spirit you’re trying to save not your life. Our bodies will automatically die because of our sins. Jesus is the only one that can save. We are called to this earth to find our way back to him. Before we were born we knew him and he knew us. When we are born we forget all about Him. I find that crazy how we grow up thinking it’s about us but it is all about Him. Yes, I was a sinner full of mistakes but aren’t we all? At least I’m not suppressing my feelings anymore and living in the limbo. Retraining your mind from what you were taught growing up is a challenge. Sometimes you have to recreate yourself to become the wholesome person you are destined to be.
