Why was money ever invented to start with? Why did an economy even have to be created? Why couldn’t everything be free? Do you think it is because of human Sin? If you think about it we are natural born sinners and this is why we need Jesus. Imagine how greedy and selfish some people would be without laws. Human Sin is something crazy because our bodies will do something bad faster than something good. When it comes to doing good our bodies don’t cooperate per say. It’s like pushing a door that says pull.
Money can create and destroy but it all depends on the user. We have the choice to help others, build things, etc with our money. Or because some become so obsessed with money they kill, fight, become greedy, etc towards each other. Power plays a very big role in the misuse of money. For example: look at Jeffrey Epstein this man abused his power and money and sex trafficked women. It’s horrendous because there are a lot of other celebrities worldwide that do malignant things like this and aren’t getting caught.
This is why it will be hard for the rich to make it into the kingdom of the Lord. “Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven.” (Matthew 19:23 KJV) However it is not because God doesn’t love them. It’s because the rich that didn’t really have to struggle with God don’t depend on Him. They think money can solve all their problems and next thing you know they are on drugs. All because they didn’t turn to the source of their money God.
