Wake up and be AWESOME; Tips for a Peace of Mind

1. Struggles can be a positive thing because the hardships we face make us stronger for our destiny.

  1. You can’t always live in fight mode. It is unhealthy and can cause health problems or even death.
  • It’s okay to take off your armor at times 
  1. Develop habits that will help you.
  • Yoga or meditation 
  1. Establish rules to take care of yourself b/c you will have to endure many storms.
  • When the storms pass don’t dwell on them
  1. Thank your support system and remind yourself you are a human being not a human doing (robot).
