1. Struggles can be a positive thing because the hardships we face make us stronger for our destiny.
- You can’t always live in fight mode. It is unhealthy and can cause health problems or even death.
- It’s okay to take off your armor at times
- Develop habits that will help you.
- Yoga or meditation
- Establish rules to take care of yourself b/c you will have to endure many storms.
- When the storms pass don’t dwell on them
- Thank your support system and remind yourself you are a human being not a human doing (robot).
