“In the same way the Spirit also comes to help us, weak as we are. For we do not know how we ought to pray; the Spirit himself pleads with God for us in groans that words cannot express.” (Romans 8:26 GNT)
When you don’t know how to pray, remember God already knows what is in our hearts desire. God can hear the prayers we don’t know how to put into words but are in our hearts. The Holy Spirit talks to God for us sometimes because we don’t know how to talk to Him. The Holy Spirit helps us to communicate with my Father. Jesus died on the cross for our sins so my Father can send the Holy Spirit upon us. Without the Holy Spirit this world would have already been destroyed. But because my Father is a merciful and graceful God He sent the Holy Spirit to guide us. However, just because you don’t know what to pray doesn’t mean you should never pray. Prayer is the form of communication between us and Jesus. Prayer is what can change any bad situation to a good one. Prayer is what keeps satan away. Prayer is very powerful and we need to use that power.
