People Don’t Care Until You WIN

Have you ever noticed people don’t start caring or supporting you until you start winning? People don’t even believe in you until God blesses you. Once God blesses you people that have never liked you or spoke to you all of a sudden are for you. All of a sudden those people want to do nice things for you. People are not for you until you have something to give them. Don’t let the attention from people like this mislead you. They are not really for you they are for what you have. Guard your heart and only keep those that have been there for you since day one. I’m not talking about the fans that will come when you are where God envisions you to be. I’m talking about people that knew you before God started to bless you but were jealous or hated you. Envy is a sign of admiration but hate is the epitome of destruction. Pray for those people and forgive them for what they do to you. “But if you have bitter envy and self-seeking in your hearts, do not boast and lie against the truth. This wisdom does not descend from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic.” (‭‭James‬ ‭3:14-15‬ ‭NKJV‬‬)

As I’m entering a new chapter in my life God is revealing a lot of things to me. He’s starting by showing me the people I need to let go off. I cannot meet my destiny helper or the people that genuinely love me for me if I’m still holding on to those that do not. Where am I going to put the new people if the old once are occupying their space? When God reveals a person’s true intentions towards you do not try to talk yourself out of letting them go. In the long run it might cost you your whole life. Remember it is easy for the devil to use these people to destroy you, kill you, or steal your destiny. You will know who you can trust by how much they fear the Lord. Those that fear the Lord and not just act like they do won’t do evil because they know the consequences that awaits them. God ordained people speak life into you, not suck the life out of you. “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” (‭‭John‬ ‭10:10‬ ‭NKJV‬‬)
