I know Yahweh is looking down on the world today and He feels just as He once did long ago. 5 “When the Lord saw how wicked everyone on earth was and how evil their thoughts were all the time, 6 he was sorry that he had ever made them and put them on the earth. He was so filled with regret 7 that he said, “I will wipe out these people I have created, and also the animals and the birds, because I am sorry that I made any of them.” (Genesis 6:5-7 GNT) If it was up to him He would have already wiped out the earth and humanity as we know it would be no more. I don’t blame Him not one bit. Think about it He made all of us so we can be like an image of Christ. However, most of the people turned on Him and are defiling the land He created for us to enjoy.
People would rather sin and idolize other things when he specifically told us not to. “You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me,” (Exodus 20:5 NIV) This world makes me sad. We are living in a generation where it’s easier to do the wrong thing than to do right. When it comes to sin we don’t think twice about it. However, when it comes to doing good people make it out to seem like it is the hardest thing ever. It’s not like Yahweh doesn’t give us the instructions for how to live our lives because He gave us the Bible. The word literally gives us solutions and how to handle problems that may come. How to treat each other and how to make it into His promised land.
Why wouldn’t we make it easier for us by just obeying Him? We are lucky Yahweh is a merciful God and promised to never destroy the earth again by a flood. “With these words I make my covenant with you: I promise that never again will all living beings be destroyed by a flood; never again will a flood destroy the earth.” (Genesis 9:11 GNT) I can only imagine Yahweh and Yeshua sitting on their thrones shaking their head at us. It makes my heart sad because they love us so much and the majority of the world hates them. They will literally give up anything to not see us perish while we would give up everything for other things and not them. They deserve all the glory and all the praise. We’re living in the last days I pray people start repenting because Yahweh is getting angrier by the minute.
