“This is all that I have learned: God made us plain and simple, but we have made ourselves very complicated.” (Ecclesiastes 7:29 GNT) Yahweh created us to be plain and simple but our fleshly desires have destroyed us. Our desires for lust, power and money has made us turn away from Him and turn to sin. Yahweh created us to enjoy life and to be happy and to obey His commands so we can walk into the promise land. However, temptation and lack of knowledge makes us turn away from the will of God and into the traps of Satan. Most people nowadays lack knowledge because they refuse to read the Bible therefore they don’t know right from wrong. After high school ends most people if they are not going to college, they stop reading and learning new things.
“My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge. “Because you have rejected knowledge, I also reject you as my priests; because you have ignored the law of your God, I also will ignore your children.” (Hosea 4:6 NIV) Those who reject the word will also get rejected by Yeshua. He might depart from you for a while so you can see that you need Him in your life. However, Yeshua and Yahweh are always waiting with open arms for their people to turn back to him. The way to get closer to them is by reading the word. The word can show you how to act. The word can turn a sinner into a righteous person. The word can fill with wisdom a person who lacks knowledge. Don’t go to other people or other resources to get what the Bible can only fill you with.
