“Now, God has offered us the promise that we may receive that rest he spoke about. Let us take care, then, that none of you will be found to have failed to receive that promised rest.” (Hebrews 4:1 GNT) With everything going on in the world it might seem impossible to even rest. However, in the midst of this pandemic or whatever circumstances we may happen to be in, Jesus can provide us with rest. I’m not talking about the rest where you go to sleep… The rest I speak of relieves the soul. A place where your mind can rest. Wouldn’t you like to go to that place? You wouldn’t have to worry about what’s next because you’re trusting in God.
God is already ahead of us in everything. He knows everything and the map for our lives. For example: You see the pac man machine and how you have to move the handle in the direction you want pac man to move? Picture it like this we are the pac man, Jesus is the person moving the handle. We have to let Him direct our lives and mold us and shape us into what He sees. Pac man can’t move by itself because it’s a creation and so are we. God is our creator and the creator of all things. “We do not belong to this world but are chosen out of the world by Jesus. ” (John 15:19)
