2 “My friends, consider yourselves fortunate when all kinds of trials come your way, 3 for you know that when your faith succeeds in facing such trials, the result is the ability to endure.” (James 1:2-3 GNT)
When you walk with Christ a lot of trials and tribulations will come your way. We can’t see or start to imagine all the blessings God and Jesus have in store for us but the enemy can perceive it. The enemy will try all kinds of tricks to get us to turn away from God or to stop what God has for us. Therefore, we should rejoice even when hard times come because you know afterwards everything will be alright.
As we overcome the obstacles that try to stop us our faith gets stronger. Our ability to endure the bad strengthens us in ways that will build us up. In the end we always win when we put all of our trust in Jesus. Yes, we will face a lot but no matter what comes our way we know for a fact we will overcome. Don’t let the bad days make you believe you have a bad life. It’s just a temporary season and it too shall pass.
“Happy are those who remain faithful under trials, because when they succeed in passing such a test, they will receive as their reward the life which God has promised to those who love him.” (James 1:12 GNT)
