“For the Lord gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding.” (Proverbs 2:6 NKJV) Wisdom, knowledge and understanding all comes from the Lord and we have to constantly pray and ask for these things because the human mind is deceiving. Our minds will literally have us imagining and coming up with things that are not the reality. I know I’ve made assumptions and imagined things that were so contrary to what was really going on. Think about why the scriptures in (Proverbs 3:5-6 NKJV) states 5 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; 6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.” The mind is wicked and will want to be carnal and that’s why we need God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit to guide us. Our perspective on things will affect how we function or deal with things accordingly. Things are not always how we perceive it if we look at them in the physical and not with our spiritual eyes. We can never be too wise and think we know and understand it all. One thing about this walk with Jesus is that we never stop learning and growing. Everyday is a new day for more wisdom, knowledge and understanding but only the one our Lord can provide us with.
