Worry leads to overthinking. Always overthinking can lead to anxiety. Anxiety according to how google describes it is “A mental health disorder characterized by feelings of worry, anxiety, or fear that are strong enough to interfere with one’s daily activities”. However it’s true because I used to worry and overthink so much that I had bad anxiety. There was a point in time where I couldn’t make a decision without overthinking about it first. I was not happy, I couldn’t silence my mind and I always thought the worst. “Worry can rob you of happiness, but kind words will cheer you up.” (Proverbs 12:25 GNT) Therefore, in times of need read scriptures on how you feel at the moment. God always makes me feel better. Jesus is a healer, He went around back in His times healing all kinds of people.
Whenever you feel scared, remember the only thing we shall fear is God and Jesus. Yet, God did not give us a spirit of fear, anxiety, worries, etc. “For the Spirit that God has given us does not make us timid; instead, his Spirit fills us with power, love, and self-control.” (2 Timothy 1:7 GNT) Fear, anxiety, worries, etc all come from satan. He uses that to immobilize us and try to stop us from reaching our Destiny. You know I don’t understand the greed and hate in the world when we can all eat. In other words we can literally all live good and have shelter and food, and enough money to live. Only if we all knew how to pray to God and be kind to each other. Unfortunately money is the root of all evil and it has destroyed humanity. So, we all have to first repent from our sins to Jesus.

Don’t worry about anything, but in all your prayers ask God for what you need, always asking him with a thankful heart.
