I don’t love God the way I do because someone told me about Him. I do not like when people question my love for him because they do not “believe” in Him. But let me tell y’all how I love God because of all the things He has done for me. I’ve literally watched God show up in my life every time I needed Him. When I got kicked out and was jobless in my teens, He showed up. God made a way and I got a job two days after getting kicked out. The job I got was right across the street from where I was staying, so I didn’t have to waste money on rides. Or let’s talk about how he brought me out of my depression after I had my baby. Even further I thank Him for taking me out of a very toxic relationship. I honestly would not be here today if it wasn’t for my father making me stronger. This is why what people think of Him is their own personal issue. I can’t sit here and act like I’m doing this by my own strength because the truth is I’m just a regular person like you. The only difference between me and some people is that I stopped trying to do it on my own so now I do it by His strength. “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” (Philippians 4:13 NKJV)
