God is putting His children in uncomfortable situations. God is not the God of comfortness. When we are too comfortable being where we are, God has to do something to move us. We have to go through it to be able to grow through it.
Getting comfortable opens the door to passiveness. When you become passive you lack initiative, and become inactive. One thing you do not want to do when you are a child of God is become passive, because Satan will defeat you.
God has me in this situation that only He can make provisions for. This leaves me torn in between two places. The first place is trusting God, the second place is scared. It’s scary because only God has control and I can’t really do anything about it.
Yet, I know God will come through and He will get all the glory in the end. These uncomfortable situations are lessons to grow. These situations will push us into our God given purpose and to become who He created us to be.
Therefore, don’t give up. I know it’s easier said than done but Jesus is right here with us. “Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.” (Deuteronomy 31:6 ESV)
